Tri Cities Paint Pros

James was very good with communication at first. Gave us a quote right away with great numbers. He told us he talked to one of his clients about having them wait a little bit while he paints our house, and they were ok with it. So, we scheduled him to start Sunday and bought all the paint he requested on Saturday. Come Sunday James cut off all communication. We called him for 3 days straight and had our property manager go down to our house to see if he even started and nothing was done. We've lost all trust in James, so we changed our door code and now are actively looking for a new painter to do the job. This is unfortunately going to put us 2 weeks behind on getting the house on the rental market. I appreciate James's prompt response and quote at the beginning but do not respect the l

Extremely professional, great communication, high quality work. Very detailed and took time and care to do a great job. Sherwin Williams ran out of our base paint and we had to try to match at Lowe’s. Ended up not matching well, but James took extra effort to make sure you couldn’t tell on our walls. We ended up voluntarily paying him extra just for his efforts and great job. Very reasonable prices and we will be using him again!

James came out to bid the space we needed painted. He was very nice and got us a quote written out within a couple of days. We accepted the bid and he sent me a list of all the materials that would be needed and said he would be out monday and would have the job completed in 3 or 4 days. Monday morning absolutely no show. Not in the am, not at noon... not answering the phone. Tuesday nothing, no response to email or phone and no show again... here we are its Saturday and not a peep. Cant return the paint we had mixed for wall color. I am so disappointed. All these good reviews and so I felt the need to share. We are having house appraised and really needed this done.
