Tri-City Flooring did an outstanding job! I submitted a request over the weekend, and within just a few days a representative came out to review the space. I received the quote shortly after, and they were ready to schedule the installation within 1–2 weeks. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The wood flooring looks beautiful, and they even took the extra step to repair an old, uneven threshold I hadn’t noticed before. The installation was seamless—no gaps, no issues. Overall, I’m very impressed and highly recommend Tri-City Flooring. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.

Joe, the rug installer was phenomenal. We give him a 5++ /5. He was a hard worker, very professional and willing to answer any question asked. The installation of the carpet in our living room and stairway was done in a timely manner, and he pulled every corner and every stair super tight and even vacuumed before he left leaving everything spotless. We would highly recommend him to any of our friends. Actually, the whole process was so well handled from the time we walked into the store to look at samples. There was no pressure to purchase but lots of great information given to help us in our decision making. We were able to take samples home to see which looked best with our wall color. We were able to get a time for measuring within just a few days and then the actual install date was on

Blown away by Tri City Flooring! We are new in the world of business. First commercial lease so to say we were nervous about doing such a big job (7,000 square feet) was an understatement. Joe, was amazing from the jump and I’m not an easy client lol. He came out multiple times till I was 100% comfortable with moving forward. He helped us choose flooring that worked for our needs and budget. The team that ripped up and installed our floors were beyond amazing. Jason, his son, and Mike were the ones who ripped up all the old carpet, prepped our cement flooring, and laid down the new LVP like pros! I forget the carpet guys names but they too were great and very kind. We will have them back to do more work in the summer. Highly recommend for any of your flooring needs!

Tri-City flooring has again provided us with fast and courteous service and quality carpet very good pricing. Tri-City has been around for many years, and we have used them before, and we gladly use them again. Measurement was quick, and we were given options for padding, and moving furniture around. The installer was fantastic, and provided quick installation in about half day. He removed all the old carpet and cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend Tri-City flooring to anyone who’s looking for hardwood or carpet flooring.

Installed our living room carpets yesterday they did a beautiful job can’t see any seams! They were quick and so friendly would 100% hire again for flooring needs. The quality vs price is unbeatable, incredibly soft carpet with out breaking the bank extreme satisfied!
