Ok if you can wait a month for an emergency fix. Had to cancel appointment, my need could not wait one month. Problem solved next day with a reputable company.

Poor quality work. Unresponsive to complaints. Promise to fix the problem yet never has. Rude and overbearing when discussing the situation. Tends to mansplain a lot. 🙄

I don't think this is an actual business anymore. They do not return phone calls or answer the phone. Their voicemail does say "Tri Cities Gutters" still though, so maybe it's just terrible customer service. Either way I wouldn't waste your time calling for a month, leaving voicemails, and waiting on them to get back to you.
