Tri-City Plumbing

Very unprofessional & in my opinion they are in serious need of professional development classes or CE (Continuing education). Two of the three times they came to our home, theyONLY did a quick walk through, told us they would be back soon & then sent us a bill! We are shocked!!! For the amount of money my husband and I spent for absolutely nothing is very disappointing. Had I read the reviews we would have saved ourselves a lot of money & time. Please look at the lack of good reviews when choosing this company!!

A coworker and I were working at a house across from where two Tri-City Plumbers were working when our work vehicle broke down. We asked if they could give us a jump and they were kind enough to help us out and let their van idle to charge our battery. Thank you for the help!

Terrible customer service. A plumber had to come back twice to fix a running toilet. It ended up being a very expensive fix. I would highly not recommend using this place to anyone in this service area.

We had Tri-City Plumbing come to relplace our kitchen faucet. They came the next day! Young man came in and got right to work and cleaned up when he was finished. Labor and faucet were very reasonably price. Would have them come again. A+

Needed assistance ASAP, never bothered to even return call. Waited all day. Office said they would call me back. Called Precision Plumbing they sent a person right away. Much better customer service. Tri City to independent, pick and choose there customers.
