Brock and his team at Tri-City Seamless Gutters did a great job! They installed new 6-inch seamless gutters for my home in Midland and made the whole process really easy. Brock helped us pick the right color, went over the different gutter guard options, and even suggested hinged downspouts so they can flip up when I’m mowing the lawn. They also removed and hauled away all of the old gutters, which was a huge help. You can tell they really care about the details and doing the job right. The 20-year warranty was a big plus too. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for gutter installation in Midland, Saginaw, or Bay City.

I had a great experience with Brock when he came out to do my estimate he was very nice and listened to all of my concerns and assured me that my gutters would be taken care of. His first guy came and cleaned them out and he did an amazing job they barely worked at all beforehand do to extreme debris but after the cleaning alone they worked 10x better. Lastly his crew came and did the repairs on my downspouts and kick legs and were very quick and did a great job, I was very impressed with how fast they got it done! And they even re attached a piece of siding up on my second story for me!!!!! All around I had an amazing experience with tri city seamless gutters and I will be back for my gutter guards in the near future!

Wow! What a difference new gutters, soffits, and facia make to a house! When we purchased the home it was just ALL drab brown (see pic). Replacing the soffits and facia made all the a difference in this house “glow up” (see pics)! I cannot say enough about Brock and his team.
