Our second experience purchasing an appliance from TCA. Both experiences absolutely painless. Salesperson Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Can't say enough about them. 20 stars.

We went to purchase a dishwasher today and had poor service. The person who was working the counter actively disregarded common requests for price matching and was condescending. We canceled our order and purchased from Best Buy for a better price with better service.

Our MIL needed a new stove, and so we ordered from Tri-County. The installers were excellent. Very perfectionistic in his approach and he made sure the stove was level and perfectly placed. He showed a great deal of patience toward my MIL. Appreciated the service and attention to detail. Transaction was smooth from order via telephone to the delivery and installation. Thank you!
