My washing machine was not draining properly. I called Eddie and he came out the same day. He correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came out to do the repair when the part came in (only took two days). The price was reasonable, they were on time, and did an excellent job! Highly recommend.

Back in July our aunt's dryer went out the day before the July 4th weekend. She called numerous places that could not come out until much later. Luckily, she finally came across this listing. Praise the Lord!! He came right out in some TORRENTIAL RAIN and fixed the problem on the spot for a very reasonable price. I was at her house to let him in since all of her family was working. This morning my washing machine filled with water but would not agitate or wash, so I immediately went to my aunt's facebook page to find the shout-out that she gave the company so I could call for myself. Three kids including a baby means we NEED a working washer!! The guy was very accommodating and will be out later today after several other appointments on his schedule! This is a week over due.... Better late then never, thou. My washer was not filling w/ water but was adgitating. I called the Sat after the ice storm and Tri County came right out and fixed my problem less then 15 mins. It was a clogged hose. The price and professionalism was very satisfactory!!! I would recommend them to anyone & everyone. Thank you Tri County!!

I can't Express my appreciation for this repair service. I called during a holiday and he was able to come out and fix my dryer. Very nice man!! I am a very happy customer!!!!
