November ‘24 my wife and I bought a 4 bedroom home on an oak tree filled cut-de-sac in Manchester IA. We love the home except for the frontal exterior, it’s just too bland. I mentioned we need to add a front porch, it will change the homes appearance. I started drawing sketches, took photos of some other homes trying to get the image across to my wife what a gabled A frame porch would look like. Drawings completed I began the contractor hunt. Many of my friends recommended the Amish. The city of Manchester requires business have insurance policies before a building permit will be issued. The Amish assured me if I became the general contractor using my homeowners policy they’d start tomorrow. Oh No! I might be crazy however I’m not dumb, I will not loose the home or have my insuran

We are writing with knowledge acquired from years of both homeownership & experience in the construction industry. Tri-County replaced all of our vinyl siding on our 2-story home. Across the board their expertise is apparent from the beginning contact for our estimate to the final materials cleanup. The crew that did our residing were truly the dream team. We've been putting off doing siding because we just didn't know who to trust with such a big investment. I've seen Tri-County Enterprises signs in neighbor yards, so I called and had them give us an estimate. From the minute I met salesman Tom, I felt at ease. He didn't pressure me to make a commitment and answered follow-up questions I had. Months passed, and we finally pulled the trigger. Coming into fall, I wasn't expecting to be able to get siding done until spring, but low and behold, the call came they could start in a week! Someone showing up when they say they will is a huge deal to us, so come Monday morning at 6:30 am, the dumpster arrived just as they said! Shortly after, all materials arrived, and work commenced! In just two short days, our 2-story house was complete.

Over the last few years, we have had Tri-County Enterprises complete some projects. They have been great to work with especially Tom K. The projects were completed on time, no delays, and very clean after the projects were completed. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking at completing projects on their house.

From my first encounter with Tr-County, from the estimate to the installation process, everything was above my expectations. Chad did a wonderful job. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave excellent recommendations for the type of windows that would work best for my home. The windows match my existing interior trim and exterior matched my siding very well. With the installation, the crew was very detailed orientated and as things were removed someone started the cleanup process immediately. The installation crew worked very well together and my 11 windows were installed within 2 days. All crew members were very respectful of my home and they all exceeded my expectations. I also plan to do more windows after seeing the amazing job they all did.
