Tri County has been excellent. Their pricing for installation of AC/Heating system was lower than some of the more well known companies, and the quality of their work was excellent. They went out of their way to order me a number of filters at the beginning of the pandemic to ensure I had a supply on hand. Great company to work with.

I’m so happy that I decided to get my new heating and A/C system with Tri-County. Everyone was so professional and great to work with. Kyle came to give me the estimate and then Westin and Wesley installed a couple of days later. Tasha followed up with me on the registration, warranties, etc. I got estimates from some of the larger companies in my area but so glad I chose Tr-County. I love my new system. When needing to replace my existing heating/AC system, I contacted three companies for estimates. Tri-County Heating and Air gave me both an estimate and then completed the new system installation before the other two could even schedule me for just an estimate. Owner Wayne Buras was extremely helpful and professional. His crew did an excellent job with the installation.

I arrived home to find an error message on my Nest thermostat. Tri-County Heating and Air was not only incredibly responsive to my service call, the technician taught me how to troubleshoot and fix the issue myself it if ever happens again. I could not be happier with our decision to have our units installed by Tri-County - and by their ongoing exemplary customer service!!!

Very fast and customer focused service - our AC went out on a Sunday evening, and we contacted Tri County on Monday. Tuesday they delivered a temporary window AC unit so we could use the master bedroom and Wednesday they had the entire unit replaced. Fair pricing, great communication - will be recommending this company to anyone who asks about AC work that they need done.
