Absolutely the worst, they set up my sprinklers in my new home and they spray on the neighbors house and they want to charge me to come out and adjust them when they set the distance. Beware beware beware of useless companies that set things to make more money the mowers did not do this since it hasn't been mowed since they adjusted them 🤣🤣🤣

Do not sign a maintenance agreement with this company. Signed a quarterly agreement with them. Never showed up when scheduled. Talk to Janet who was less than professional. Finally sent someone out. Second quarter no one showed up on scheduled date. Called Janet said they left a message to reschedule but they did not no message left. When telling Janet how frustrated I was with there service, rather than trying to solve issue she flat out said you can cancel rather than trying to make it right. So I did cancel. Absolute horrible service and obviously a ripoff. Janet you need some training on how to treat customers.

TCL are original installers for irrigation in our home. System has worked well and service is excellent. Janet has been my contact since our home was built 4 years ago and she is awesome. Recently we had a pool installed and afterwards had a problem with an area of our lawn turning brown. Stephanie (the tech) solved the problem and Janet and TCL (shout out to the owners) went “above and beyond” taking care of this for us. Would highly recommend this company and would agree with previous comment about owners making certain customers are happy and well taken care of.
