Tri County Metals

I bought my house in 2018 and thought the 2 year old metal roof would be the last of my worries. Lol, right! I had to get in the attic in June and noticed a drip from the roof. I called Custom Roofing as they were the name on the receipt the previous owner left along with all the Tri County info. They came out in July and as soon as they got out of the truck they said they didn't like the way the roof was looking from the road and wanted a closer look. He explained the screws need to be inspected regularly and replaced if needed as they didn't use the lifetime screws. They looked at the roof and said the coating was failing and that they had a bad run of coating back around the time this was installed as they had issues with other roofs installed around 2016. David and Brianna handled my order with professionalism and according to the schedule I needed to keep I appreciate them. Ryan handled the delivery from Trenton and he did an awesome job put the materials where we needed them all the materials were in place with no damage.

My granddaughter and myself are renewing a little farmhouse in Weirsdale Florida. We went into Tri-County Metals, in Ocala and was greeted by Donald Doan. Donald was very helpful and helping us with laying out what was needed for our project and explained the pros in the cons of different materials. I recently purchased some roofing materials from tri county metals! We had a great experience working with Mackenzie! She is over the top helpful, and informative! They really helped us out with delivery and scheduling. The driver was extremely nice and helpful! All I can say is we will be going back for sure!! Thank you for an awesome experience!
