Tri County Overhead Doors

I can't say enough good things about this company. We used them when we lived in Dunnellon and now in Stone Creek, Ocala. Rick is always pleasant and helpful. You couldn't ask for a more honest, customer oriented and reasonably priced company. You won't go wrong in using them for whatever your garage door needs.

Walked in and was met three old hens sitting in their roost. Not friendly or welcoming, and the office is the same, small, cramped, and unwelcoming. The biggest hen was in charge, and they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, so over several weeks I price shopped and had questions. Well finally the big hen said they no longer wanted my business. To be honest, I probably wouldn’t have bought from them because of limited choices, but I have never been told to go elsewhere by any other contractor while building my house. I know they have been in the area for a long time, and have longtime customers, but shocking to see they make soooo much money, they don’t need to give great service, products, or have a pleasant welcoming office. Tri County did a great job for me. I was initially impressed when I called for an appointment and described my problem. The ladies in the office offered a number of self-help solutions to try instead of rushing me into a service call. Ultimately, I needed their help. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within two days. This despite the overwhelming load of work they took on after hurricane Helene. Then, to top it all off, the price was really reasonable. From start to finish they were friendly, transparent, and professional. They will always be the answer for me should I have garage door issues again.

Have used Tri County Garage Door and as always so pleased with their service and employees. James and his helper Ben were early, courteous and very helpful. Did a great job and did not try to sell us on upgrading etc. Serviced our door and it works perfectly.. please consider them for your garage door needs.
