These folks came out to the house on a Sunday. Instead of selling me a new pump for my home he quickly fixed the problems and offered to fix other problems as well. The fee was very reasonable and Dennis was awesome to work with! Thank you so much!

Service was amazing! Dennis was here within 30 minutes. He was able to figure out our low water pressure withing minutes and has us back to full pressure in no time. He is knowledgeable in his field. He didn't even charge us because he was already in the area which we are so very thankful as money is super tight at the moment. I wouldn't call anyone else for well pump needs!

I called on a Sunday due to low water pressure in the house. The person who answered (Will?) talked me through troubleshooting and i have my problem solved in 10 minutes. This is great service. Some companies would come out and charge for a service call but they went above and beyond by helping with my problem over the phone for no charge. Definitely at the top of my list for who to call if I ever have well or pump problems. Thanks for your help today!!

Excellent, fast service. Dennis repaired my well within 48 hours of my initial call (had water, no emergency). Whereas other companies were a week out or didn't show. Friendly and very open and honest. Price I expected to pay so didn't try to haggle price.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. We found ourselves without water on a SATURDAY :( as first time home owners, we were stressing. I got ahold of another company who wouldn't make it out til later in the afternoon and was going to charge an outrageous amount to just show up. Finally got ahold of Tri County and Chris showed up in just 30 minutes. Our pump died and we had to replace it. Not the news we wanted but Chris was kind and informative throughout the whole process. He even let us pull up our chairs and watch him lol for future services, I will only use Tri County and will highly recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you so much for all of your help!!! Especially on a weekend!
