Was supposed to install carpet we had purchased that we even said he could have the rest of(textured Berber-and there was a lot) on Wednesday. Never called to say they weren't coming. After 3 phone calls, finally received a call back saying they got busy with another job and would come Friday. Friday comes and they finished half the job, which was 1 room and come back after lunch stating one of them got hurt and they wouldn't be back til Monday. Meanwhile, we had people coming over to help us move the furniture into the room. The "boss" didn't even tell us himself. He sent his assistant. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy
If there was a lower rating, I would be using it.
