Tri-Star helped me when I really needed it most. Our home had water damage that was covered under our insurance, but the insurance company put it on us to hire the contractor. After calling about six different contractors – half who didn’t follow up with bids and one that said he was just not interested - Tom and the Tri-Star team came through and provided a detailed bid, with references on their experience handling insurance claim work. The work they did was excellent, and more importantly, Tom was extremely responsive and ethical. When I asked that they have someone working on our house every day during the week, they did it and the project was completed very quickly.
