Tri-State Air Duct Cleaning

We had our air ducts cleaned today and Alan was great! He was professional, friendly, and did a thorough job. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Alan gave us excellent service -- he did it five years ago and again today -- and we plan to continue asking him to clean our ducts every five years, and more frequently as needed for our dryer duct. He is kind and considerate and concerned about the impact of noise on our pets. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional and unreliable I had a very frustrating experience with Alan from Tri-State Air Duct Cleaning. He scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, so I took the day off work to be home—and then he stated that we did not have an appointment. When I got in touch, he rescheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday, he arrived but immediately complained about the weather. He said, “You want me to work in the rain? Get somebody else,” and just left. No regard for my time, no professionalism, and no effort to communicate properly. I can’t recommend this company based on such poor service.

Tri State Air Duct Cleaning was amazing. I called for an appointment today for the cleaning of my dryer vent and he was at my house within an hour. He was very expedient, knowledgeable, very informative, and respectful. I will definitely be referring his services.

I was reluctant to get my ducts cleaned since there is flex duct on the first floor. I come from an hvac background, and many of the advertised duct cleaners are not qualified, experienced or have the proper equipment to safely and correctly clean flex duct. If it isn't done correctly it can easily tear and then need replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Alan Halteman of Tri-State Air Duct Cleaning LLC . Alan had done duct cleaning at my workplace. I was impressed by his knowledge and thoroughness. He took the time to explain everything, was willing to show me the equipment he would use to clean the delicate flex duct and was patient with my questions.
