Jeremy and Daniel did an amazing job helping us choose what windows we needed for our renovation project. I will definitely be back to work with these guys on future projects. We drove from Lexington to purchase from these guys because nobody in our area can beat their prices. It’s worth the drive.

The only reason they are getting a 1 star is because the man at the counter was nice. I wanted to see their selection of sliding doors. He called for customer service and the worker to the front. When he(the counter person) told him what I wanted, he flat out refused to take me out to the area where the doors were. "You know they are outside." Counter person, "I know". "They are in the back." Counter person,"I know. This is a pure sign of insubordination, refusal to help a customer. The reason you have a job is because of customers. You don't understand how important it is to respect and treat others as you want to be treated. Will not return here again!

Edit:Unfortunately I had to reduce my rating I’ve waited at least a year now for a call back about an order of windows. I really want to support this location based on my past experience... This is just a long time to wait on at least a progress report. Previous:Very helpful team. They are well stocked in everything you could think of and have the best deals for all orders I've made. Skirting, floor vent covers, Aluminum tape etc. They are honest about the product not just to make a sale which encouraged me to buy more. Thank you to the two gentleman that helped us at the counter and more awesome members that helped us load from the back of the warehouse.

We order from Tri-State often and are very happy with this company. The staff is awesome, we love Stephanie. She is very knowledgeable of all the products they carrier. Thanks B&K Housing Family
