Tri-State Metal Roofing Supply

Tri-State has been very challenging to work with. I work as a roofing contractor and They have messed up my order 4 times now. What should have been a 1-2 week job has turned into a 2 month job. Tri-State has not been customer service friendly. They know my customer personally and haven’t cared much about taking care of them. The work takes too long, they complained about the distance even though they are the closest supplier to my job. Won’t use them again and would not recommend them. Unprofessional scheduling, huge lack of organization, and terrible customer service.

This office is completely understaffed and unknowlagable. They are very courteous when you show up in person, however, rather than get your order right they are good at just passing the blame onto someone else. I've purchased 3 roofing systems with these guys and that will be my last. Strike three you're out.

Great service!!! The gals helping us at the front desk were very helpful and knew their job well. Our order was calculated perfectly!!! Our metal was delivered in a timely matter!! Very clean showroom. Will definitely be using them again!!

We had the best experience at the payson location. We do all of our projects diy. They were great to work with and we received a price quote very fast. We live 3 hours away and they were happy to accommodate our schedule knowing we wouldn’t have much time. They were very friendly on the phone and in person when we arrived. Pick up was extremely easy we were given our paid invoice and then were able to drive in the back for our products to be loaded. We didn’t have to lift a finger. We found something else we needed and they quickly got it ready and bent the panels for us. The guys in the shop were very helpful with all of our questions. Got given a wrong color today , sales people should let ya know that there is multiple mat black before they cut and charged you 12,000.00 dollars , owner won’t make it right for his customers , Very disappointed in these people , shame on you tri-state and for the owner take your crystal ball & keep it where the sun don’t shine !
