Had a rat emergency at 10:30pm and Shimmy and Yankee were incredibly helpful and efficient with the job. They provided clarity on the situation and helped plug the holes they found. They left us with materials to deal with any other rats and are good with follow up. Very happy I called.

The exterminator was quick and efficient and seemed very knowledgeable. He found something a previous exterminator did not and asked questions to advise on the best course of treatment. He didn’t seem like he was trying to recommend the most expensive option and was really taking into consideration the history of the pests in the house to figure out what needed to be treated. Definitely recommending to my network if they ever need an exterminator.
