We love the dining room light that we purchased @ Tri Supply in February. Dena did an amazing job of helping us with all the details & ordering the product that we bought.

Just purchased Speed Queen washer and dryer and I have to say that this place is such a class act. From sales to delivery, best service around. Our delivery guys, Danny and Nate were exceptional. I will buy my next appliance there as well. Very happy!

I would give no stars if I could. Tri-Supply has terrible customer service. They have never returned phone calls. We purchased multiple appliances from them for a new home build. Encountered many hurdles. Two years after purchasing our stove oven we needed a repair. Multiple calls and requests were made for help. They never once returned any phone calls. I was just told that they don’t service Louisiana residents — this should have been communicated from the beginning! I will spread the word to never use this business!

Use Lee when you go to tri supply. Ive been using Lee over the last few years on different projects. He’s knowledgeable, he’s responsive even on his days off, and when something goes wrong he gets into solution mode. Never once has he blamed something or someone else. It’s always “I’ll get this handled”. It’s rare in today’s world to have someone willing to get in the trenches with you and figure it out. Use Lee.
