I’ve been using these folks for my small commercial buildings for years—15 to 20 years. Pete is my go-to guy to give me the straight story on what’s necessary to repair my standing seam metal roof when it springs a leak. Tri-Tech repairs have been amazing since he has been doing the estimates. I have not had to do a call back for a 2nd go at fixing a.problem since he’s been doing the estimates. After meeting with three different roofers, we decided to go with Tri-tech, as they appeared to be most professional, knowledgeable, and their pricing is competitive. Multiple experiences with this company. All very good. For many years prior to retirement I was the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor of an electrical equipment manufacturer. Our roof was relatively small, 72,000 square feet. Prior to finding Tri-Tech Roofing, we tried numerous companies. Never more than once. Mr. Don Childs, our Tri-Tech representative and his predecessor were the very best to deal with. Always taking the time to explain problems, always backing up what they had to say with numerous photographs. Mr. Childs even came out in the pouring rain to check leak sources at times.
