Rude and non-helpful staff. Horrible customer service. Unfortunately this company monopolizes a large majority of flooring options in the State but try and avoid triwest.

It sometimes takes a long time to get through. The people are very good but to ensure you get the correct or current information they normally have to look it up. Sometimes they will look but there just isn't an answer that they can give you.

Another great place for flooring. But not anyone can buy from here, must be in the flooring trade. The staff is super helpful and on point.
