Lindsey took great care of me with the quote for a new well. When the gentleman came out for the well they were kind and considerate. The other crew came out to install my pump they let me ask a million questions and never let it be known that they were tired of me. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of the Triad team. Once the drilling crew started the job, they were quick to complete it, and I didn't have to wait long for another Triad crew to come back and connect up the well. When all the work was completed, the Triad workers left the site in good shape. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience -- from estimate to completion.

Josh and his crew, just installed new well and abandoned the old well on our property. His timely response, personal attitude and professionalism, made the experience less stressful than was expected. Excellent follow up service for well issues. Found that new pump (under warranty) had failed and they promptly replaced it. Called us after installation to give us details.

We moved into a house built in the 50's. Our well was giving us muddy water. Josh with Triad Drillers came out and looked at it and videoed it to see if a liner would do the trick or if a new well was needed. He abandoned the old well and his wife (I think it was his wife) divined a spot for a new well. Josh came on time and was finished within a day. Cost was very close to what was quoted (we wanted a bigger tank which cost more) Josh was great at explaining the whole process and we were very satisfied with his work! Should we ever need any more well work, we will definitely use them again!
