I have owned my drill for a few years now, and couldn't help but think about how my drill is running just as good today, as it was on delivery! I couldn't be happier with my drill. They gave me full attention and helped me spec and build a fully customized drill for my exact application (drilling and splitting rock). I was very specific with my drill depths, lengths, weights, etc. They were so easy to work with and nailed the construction of the drill 100%. EVEN MORE SO when I had some issues with the drill (self inflicted - not their fault) I couldn't believe how above and beyond they went to help me get back on track. The staff at Word has been more than helpful and very pleasant to work with. The equipment shipped on time, delivered, set up and our staff trained within less than a week. We purchased a skid steer drilling rig from Word. The unit was delivered within a few weeks of the order and John and his technician met the unit here and did the final assembly and demoded the unit and trained us on operational procedures. I am very happy with the unit and word's service. I would definitely give this company strong consideration.
