I have used Triad after a friend referred them to me. The tech, Royce, replaced my thermostat and I was so happy with their service that I inquired about HVAC duct/vent cleaning services. Again, the tech, Mark, was very thorough and showed before/after pics as he cleaned each duct. The price was very reasonable and I am extremely satisfied with the result. My home smells cleaner. This is now my company for A/C maintenance!

Fast, friendly service. Our unit went out over the weekend and Royce came by on a Sunday afternoon to check it out. He gave us several options for possible repair versus replacement, with a prompt quote on all options. Very satisfied with the service received and look forward to working with them! Update to add: we had our install today and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The installers were super friendly, efficient, and respectful. Jim texted his ETA and took care to wear boot covers when in the house. He was willing to work with letting my dog get used to him. He seems to have done a good job testing and troubleshooting our complex “learning/communicating” heat pump system. We’re waiting to hear back from the manufacturer to see if replacement boards are still available. I’m confident Jim knew our system and can help us get more years out of the system.
