We couldn’t be happier. Travis, Alice, Steve, and everyone at Triad have been a pleasure to work with. They were happy to respond immediately to our endless texts and questions and went above and beyond to take care of us. The pool is a work of art. It’s hard to believe that a little over three months ago our backyard was just grass. Triad did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it and came in right on the budget.Thank you for literally making our dreams come true. And, a huge thanks to Henry and his crew.

Triad Pools did an amazing job on our pool. Alice helped us pick out our style and decking! She notified us each day when someone was coming out to do work! The subs were very cordial and hard working! They cleaned up after themselves each day! I have built 3 pools at homes we’ve lived in, Triad be far exceeds in building and the experience!

Had a great experience with Triad Poolscapes during our project. From Alice’s design to final inspection they have been great to work with. A project of this scale always has hiccups but Travis and Alice handled them and were in constant communication with us. They always answered our calls and texts and went above and beyond to make things right. They were upfront with what the project would include and the costs. They came in on budget and were helpful with additions we made during the process. Even after the project was complete, Travis and Alice have been very helpful with any questions we had as first time pool owners. We couldn’t be happier with the service and final product.

Triad builds a solid pool. Our pool/spa combo is almost 10 years old and it still looks amazing. We’ve had a few items that have needed service (normal wear and tear) over the years and they always take care of your pool efficiently and professionally.
