Mike was great at inspecting my house. He was very prompt and provided a quick turnaround, which is great when one has a tight closing deadline. Furthermore, Mike provided a very thorough inspection report with photos and explanations, which helped my agent and I discuss concessions with the seller. Jenn, from the Triangle Inspection office, was very polite and responsive in all communications when it came to scheduling the inspection, and Jenn was helpful when I wanted to change some of the inspection tests. I last minute decided not to do a radon test, and Jenn was very patient and helpful in canceling that. I recommend you to use Triangle Inspection!
