Triangle Pool & Spa were able to deal with a horrible black mold problem that developed last year with our previous pool service. Triangle used proper chemicals and cleaning to eliminate the problem. This season the pool has no trace of this problem. In addition, they thoroughly clean the pool each week. They are very responsive to concerns we might have. They also were willing to correct several design flaws in the original arrangement of the pump and sand filter.

Excellent customer service, excellent work! I used to not do the "review" thing and this is only my second time ever but when you receive outstanding service I think that it is fair to mention it. I needed some trouble shooting for an issue with my pool, Matt and his helper were on it. They were super friendly and explained everything including the charges, which were very reasonable. I don't know how far they travel but if you're in the Orange County area, this is the company for your pool needs.

I have used triangle pool and spa for over 15 years. They are the only contractor i have ever used that always does the work correctly and on time. They quickly diagnose problems and all of the staff are competent. This is unusual in my experience! I highly recommend this business. Cheryl Howlett

Much higher rates than competition and zero communication when things are not working. I have owned pools in multiple states and have never seen rates this high. Hundreds of dollars later and the pool still is as green as it was months ago because they failed to tell us after the first cleaning that they basically did nothing (but still came back for the rest and once again did nothing according to them). After reading online and doing it myself after 48 hours I see more improvement than using them.

Everyone at Triangle Pool & Spa has been absolutely wonderful to us. Truly excellent service with reasonable rates.
