They were recommended to me by someone from Lowe's as I needed a part they didn't carry. Trible's had what I needed and I was able to fix the dishwasher properly!

Called to inquire about a part needed for a washing machine. A gentleman answered the phone on the third ring, and immediately asked if I could please hold. I said yes, no problem. He put me on hold, and I waited, and waited, and waited, until the 10 minute and 51 second mark when the phone started ringing. Someone picked it up, never said anything, and just put me on hold again. At the 15 minute and 12 second mark for total time in the phone, I hung up. There is fifteen minutes of my time listening to your hold music, I will never get back. Consequently, you will never get my business. I am positive that your competitors thank you for driving business their way.

I am all for purchasing local, but Trible's customer service is "Zero!" It is the worst that I have ever seen. Purchased a part on Tuesday, dryer timer made it through two loads and then stopped working. I live 1 hr and 15 minutes from Trible's (2 1/2 hours round trip), told me that they couldn't warranty part until Monday, but if I wanted to make a trip in they have one, just have to purchase it again (another $120), and then come back on Monday to get refund and warranty. That is 6 more hours of driving, with a total of 9 hours on the road and gas. What is MY time worth for YOUR inventory. Please, do NOT waste your time, buy on-line, you will get better service at half the price.
