Tricircle Pavers

Extremely disappointed with how Tri-Circle handled my order and the complete lack of accountability. I placed an order in early December and heard absolutely nothing until I called multiple times. I was then told there was “no order” under my name — even though I had an order confirmation, which I sent as proof. After that, I was told they would expedite the order before the holidays due to the inconvenience. I asked for a call to process payment (either by link or over the phone). No one ever called. Two weeks later, I received an email stating that a payment “bounced” from a bank account that is not mine. Because of how serious this became, I explained that I urgently needed the pavers. These guys have no interest in taking care of there customers There product definitely reflects their service. Still having all sorts of issues with there pavers and having to buy more to replace and still no credits offered other than a small 300$ credit which doesn’t even cover cost of pavers and shipping I needed to replace Got another order and didn’t even give me the 300$ credit… terrible quality and terrible service and could care less about making things right for there customers

My contractor sent me here to pick out samples for my Lanai, coping, firepit, etc... I'm no stranger to the building supply industry. The service from Laurie was phenomenal! I was pleasantly surprised at the assistance I received and how easy the process was.

I was only here to choose coping for my contractor to install. The sales person could not have been any nicer! She was very patient with us and showed us the difference in color after the sealant was used.

Awesome customer service. We worked with Carol and she was friendly, informative and listened to what we wanted. The display of pavers was so helpful since they are outside and in larger squares which makes it easier to see what the pavers would look like in our driveway. Everyone in the office was just as good. Thanks Tricircle!! So happy we visited them.
