They haven't responded to our calls about looking at our driveway yet their workers park their trailer blocking half of our driveway while working on the house next to us. Super unprofessional and as I was leaving my house no one tried to move the truck and trailer up so I could have room to back out of my own driveway. You will lose customers by not responding to numerous voicemails.

I had Prestige put in my driveway last Fall. It took quite a bit of time for them to come out and put in our driveway, but I overlooked that because companies get busy during the Summer. However, they did not prepare the surface properly and a few weeks later I noticed bulging and cracks developing. Shortly after we had weeds coming up through the cracks that actually left large holes in the driveway. We also see large puddles when it rains. I am posting pictures to show the damage. When I initially called I received an answer "Don't worry, Brad will make this right". I waited a few more weeks and called again; same response. Since then I have called many more times without a pickup. I assume they recognize the number. I see Brad's response in the comments section and say

We did a partial payment last fall for a brand new driveway this year. We have yet to get our driveway. Almost 6 weeks ago they called to say we were next. Everytime we call the people are pleasant and seem to have a good reason, but after so long it is no longer believable. Just today I watched their equipment drive by my house to go to our neighbor's, who hired them long after we did. Everyone is pointing fingers saying they don't know why. And note...two of the 5 star ratings here are actually the owners.

During the summer of 2014 I had decided to get my driveway paved. Brad said he could get it done in about 2 weeks for me. After 3 weeks I gave him a call. He said it would be done the following week. When the day came to do the work he called and said he had a break down on the job before mine and it would be a few days to get the repair done. It took another two weeks and finally he show

They were doing the driveway one house to the west of where I live and they cut the Comcast cable cord and didn’t say a thing even though I was working outside all that day. Totally unprofessional. Will not be using them for a quote next year.
