I have never written a bad review for someone as I've never been so shocked by poor service. Absolutely horrible experience, I would not recommend this company whatsoever. I had a couple of problems with my dishwasher and stove but the main problem was the dishwasher. It wasn't using the soap and I had many photos of past cycles to prove it. The technician that I was sent which I've seen goes by Eugene and Evgeny ran a cycle without soap, then with soap and the soap began to dissolve partially, I asked him is he was going to wait for the entire cycle to finish because he hardly spoke a word on what he was doing. He quickly cut me off and said, "No." He opened the dishwasher and said, "see, it is working fine. Your photos are fake", he explained that in my photo you can see the pod has neve

Evegny is THE most reliable, HONEST AND TRANSPARENT repair technician that I have ever encountered. After dealing with insurance company for months, unsuccessfully sending repairmen (from setting up 20 appointments about 20 appointments - 18 were no shows, 2 "technicians" came and left - fixing nothing). After more than 4 months, we finally got someone who clearly explained the issue with our Subzero freezer. He returned as promised. Fixed the freezer. Done. He showed up on time. Explained the job in detail. Explained the follow-up appointment. Very clean and organized. I will never bother calling anyone else. He is knowledgeable about the workings of all appliances. Including high-end brands. All of my friends, family and neighbors will get his phone number. He deserves it.

My family had a great experience with Eugene. We called him regarding issues with our cooktop and he was able to help us troubleshoot and resolve the issue over the phone in minutes. He was very caring, compassionate, and efficient. He even called us later to follow up to make sure we didn’t have any further issues. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family members.

Yvevgeny of Trigon repair is a great resource. His response time is amazing usually will call you first thing in the am if you place a service request on his website the night before. He is flexible. We used his service for 3 separate repairs and each time he was available the same day. Initially we had a built in microwave that was not working. He fixed it and it is as good as new. About 2 weeks later our dishwasher and fridge broke down a few hours apart. He came the same day as we called him. His availability is great, but his skill set and knowledge is amazing. He really knows the works of the appliances and quickly diagnoses the issue. He is very confident in his ability and if he tells you he can repair something, rest assured he can. Vladimir was awesome! My dryer started making a strange noise and I thought it was the end of my dryer. I found Trigon on Google and asked them to check it out before I spent alot of money on a new dryer. I showed him the problem. He listened, paused for a moment and moved the dryer an inch away from the wall. Poof! No more noise!. I felt like an idiot. He could of easily made up a story. "fixed" something and charged me. But he didn't! I wanted to pay him for at least coming out, but he said no. What an honest guy! I will definitely call him again.
