This company has no respect for their employees. I was hired for a job halfway across the country, they did not call me with the job site information, they emailed it less than 48 hours before the start time. Ignored my phone calls, voicemails and text messages until about 12 hours before start on a 13 hour drive into another time zone. They said they would give me a new start date after hearing nothing all week 10am on a Saturday I get a text message to start Monday at 7am like I'm some hobo living out of a van. Thankfully I'm not that desperate because this company has absolutely no respect for their employees, won't even pick up a phone, these recruiters should be replaced by AI, because they are useless.

Well, THEY'LL CALL YOU You can respond to an ad but that jobs gone. If you're at work they got the same job for same pay. If they offer you a job you don't get to have it unless you sit for a week and beg. AFTER THEY CALL YOU!! Can you count on Trillium NO!!!! They call you Then change their mind. Ask the Nashville branch Um um um like a bunch of children. but THEY WILL CALL YOU!!!!!!

Trillium Nashville branch caters to the employer and will step on you for the employer. As long as you go into it knowing they are eating off the sweat of your back, then that will help you get through the employer bull that Trillium is allowing to happen to IT'S real clients.
