Appointment setter was awesome and polite. Problem was the contractor didn't show up for the set appointment time even though I stated to him that I have a medical treatment appointment. I waited for almost 3 hours. I had to call him to find out he was going to be late and he set a new later time after I already told him the doctor appointment can't be changed. He was aware I had to leave at a certain time. He showed up after I had left, via saw on camera. He called with an attitude over the phone because I had left to my appointment. His boss called which was no better after I explained and didn't want to accept there continued services.
