One of your techs parked a vehicle in an electric vehicle only spot so I couldn’t charge my car. I called the number on the vehicle and the receptionist was kind and called the tech to move the car. The man came out of the apartment, stared at me, got in the car, grabbed a candy bar and walked out without moving the vehicle,. So I had to call again, the 2nd time he moved it, but was giving me “key my car” afterward vibes so I took a video of him staring at me, made sure to take ample pictures of the condition I left my vehicle charging in and noted the vehicle license plate #991841. Maybe y’all’s AC business is great, idk.. but on behalf of your business that’s no way for an employee to behave. And I’m the wrong person to play 3-D chess with.

Thank goodness you could service the air conditioner in my daughters apartment at City Place in Pasadena today. Your two employees were very respectful and courteous. Most importantly today they fixed the air conditioner for 5 people. Everyone needed to cool down and tonight get a good nights rest. Thank you from all of us.
