He responded quickly and was able to come out and assess our electrical issue right away, which we truly appreciated. Michael was very fair and upfront throughout the entire process, clearly explaining everything and making us feel confident in the solution. He was also extremely respectful of our home — working carefully and leaving everything clean when he finished. His professionalism and level of service were exceptional. My tankless Renai water heater started leaking. Trinity diagnosed the issue very quickly and also worked with Renai to get the replacement part which was thankfully covered under warranty. It was the heat exchanger. Trinity got the part, replaced it and everything is back to perfect. This was no easy task as it required literally rebuilding the entire unit. Once again A++++++ service from and A+ company.

My technician, Justin was awesome! He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable of the problem and the solution. And before he left, my unit was up and running!! I was very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy to the property. I would definitely recommend Justin as well as Trinity to all of my friends and family.

Incredible communication from Trinity Air! Loved the text updates and the photo of the plumber arriving beforehand. They were so quick to action and James went out of his way to include me in the process, teaching and ensuring I was informed on everything that went wrong and how to fix it. He was so kind, generous and worked very quickly. James has years of experience and it showed through his knowledge and craftsmanship. He was such a joy to talk to.
