I had a power outage and the business that I usually used was out of town. My generator stopped working after about an hour. I called the number the business that I usually used and they left a number in case of emergency. Trinity said it was too icy to come out. After getting a call from my friend saying the roads were fine and watching cars drive by at normal speeds I called them back.They sent somebody out and it turns out the engine was blown and they couldn't do anything. They asked me if I knew what the charge was. I said no. They charged me $500. All they did was pull off the side panel and saw oil. They have said that they don't send workers out with inclement weather. It was cold and windy but not icy as they claimed. I ended up going to stay with a friend and the road to her hous

Trinity Generators & Electrical have serviced our generator for several years. They have consistently provided the level of service, routine and as needed. I want to commend all their field technicians, who have been prompt, polite, and customer focused. The most recent service visit on June 17, 2025 was by James. He was polite, patient and waited to answer my questions and did not run away after he finished his work. Employees working in the field deserve to be recognized when they do a good job and are attentive to the customer. We've have good experiences to report and are thankful for the well serviced generator when there is a power outage.

I have been calling for two days. Whole house generac that gets tested weekly. Ha ha. -14 Five phone calls no response. I guess they are someplace warmer than me.

Great company to deal with. Trinity has been servicing my 20K Generac for 6 years and I just signed up for additional years. Great service folks and always on time. A few weeks ago a truck ran off the road and cut the utility pole in half which pulled off the electrical wires to the house. I called Trinity and several technicians showed and replaced the service and installed a new security light on the garage wall. I highly recommend Trinity.
