Called and asked if they offered free assessments of mechanical issues on my hvac system & was told they could give me a free diagnostic if I could wait for when they had time to come out at visit during their schedule at their leisure, and I would only be charged if and when I authorized work after getting a quote. After waiting patiently for a couple weeks, a mechanic spent 12 minutes diagnosing my unit, he told my brother who was supervising his visit I had a burnt out unit. I was never given a quote or a real diagnosis, but now today weeks later I’ve been sent a $161.44 invoice for an hour service. No work was done to ‘troubleshoot’ as claimed, and no quote was ever delivered to me. This is fraudulent extortion! They should be avoided! If and when I have my invoice voided I will update

Quick to the job, quick to diagnose and even better; they got the job done. I woke up to no hot water and feared the worse. I listened for water and went outside to check the pipes and sure enough mybathroom was flooded. I called Trinity and John came in a matter of 15min. Important when water is surging by the gallon. 10 -15 min total and he was packed and out the door. He adjusted all the things I frantically turned in haste throughout the house and double checked each of my water outlets before leaving which gave me assurance in case anything else may have fallen vulnerable. I have never been treated so poorly! We asked Trinity Mechanical to replace a boiler system in our home. The mechanic did not complete the job; therefore, we asked him to come back to the home so that we can show them our concerns. There were many leaks in our brand new boiler, due to the fact that the mechanic did not secure bolts or install the correct material. We made several attempts to work with the owner, and he refused to communicate with us. Their invoice states that they will honor a one year warranty on all parts, material, and workmanship. THIS IS FALSE! We eventually had to higher a different company to complete the job.

these men left an absolute mess in my apartment after it took them two months to finally fix my heating and cooling unit. their receptionist gas lit me when i told her that their employee broke my property on their initial visit, still have yet to hear back on the matter from “the owner”. this company is extremely unprofessional, has no integrity, or respect in the work they provide and the business they conduct. and it seems to me from other reviews im not the only one who’s experienced immense unprofessionalism from this business. please take your business literally anywhere else.

This owner Matt is a short fat little maggot who abused his family his employees and even his dogs. I wouldn't give this creep a single dollar he doesnt treat people good at all and he has to bully people to make himself feel good about himself because of all his shortcomings. Hos business is a third rate operation and myself being an employee can tell you truthfully he does not operate an honest business between the shotty work and short cuts and under qualified staff you are better off getting another company.
