Jean and his crew showed up to do the work they said they would do on time and to our standards. If anything changed he communicated all updates quickly and efficiently. I have used Trio for many years. They provide outstanding service and are very responsive. Their prices are fair and upfront, especially when I waited too long between services and the yard was overgrown. They always leave the yard looking great!

I stopped using them after the third service because the quality of service is not very consistent: the first time they did a great job, trimmed the grass and took the clippings away, but the second time they left the clippings on the lawn because they are rushing off the job. They tried to fly through their busy schedule and did not have time to finish before dark. I understand that happens to business, so I gave them another chance. The third time Jean came by, everything was also rushed because he put my appointment the last one on the day. The overall job was okay, like he trimmed the grass and blew the clippings away, but he missed a spot in the front yard right next to the electric box, which is right in front of the house.
