What a joke, website says open til 5, as I pull at 4:05 the worker leaving says their winter hours close at 4 pm, I asked politely if he could sell me some pipe and couplers- he said nope and pulled away. Menards had everything I needed and was cheaper , also pumps are on Amazon a lot cheaper too. Hate not supporting local businesses with local workers but this guy didn’t care and it’s his employment so why should I? When this store was in Auburn it was ran better.

Took the part we needed into the store off our furnace. Was told this was not the part we needed according to their computer/vender and sold us the part they claimed was what we needed. Service technician came out and said the part was not the correct one as Cardinal Supply insisted. Explained to Cardinal Supply the issue and they refused to return the unopened and unused part even though they sold us the wrong part. Was treated rudely and do not recommend! Will not be back.

Went there got some pipe that was a in house pick it up at 3:00. Got back to michigan called an told them wrong size asked if i could return it the next day they said yes. I was charged 20% return fee.. They had trouble with there credit card machine they gave me a receipt selling it was returned. I still dont have the money back in my bank account very disappointed an out 68.14.

I spent $700 on pipe and the employee was more concerned about closing than helping me load pipe he got really upset. We go through a lot of pipe for a excavating business. We will never shop there again or recommend them to anyone.
