Tristate Plumbing

Terrible America Home Shield contacted them. Tristate called the night of the day they were to come to my home. Said they would be here Saturday. Plumber came Saturday received call and said he would be back Monday. In the mean time toilet flapbroke and toilet overflowed Noticed it late Sunday night. Immediately Called Amercan Home shield. She contacted Tristate and confirmed I had an emergency and beededthem first thing. I was holding Tristate said they wold be here I called and confirmed it again and AHS Sent an email. Tristate never never showed up called sevaltimes during the day. Finally army 5pm called said someone be here in an hour. I placed every towel in my house on your bla keys on the floor to absorb the water a d the toilet continued to riun over.when the plumber finally

office personnel extremely rude been waiting for a job to be done since December have given them about 4 commercial jobs but since they dropped the ball now they decided it was better to not do it and ask me to look for a different plumber I think bottom line they can't do the job totally incapable of accepting the fact that they just can not doing I mean 5 months to do something .. DO NOT USE THEM
