This debacle took place in 2016: This was a horrid experience from beginning to end. I bought the Angie's List deal and provided dates for when the work could be done. I also provided an alternate contact number. It took weeks to actually get someone on the phone because they didn't respond to voicemail messages or emails. The very first thing they tried to do was double the cost of the project on us. I told the woman I spoke with that I was not happy with that approach and that I would be calling Angie's List to request a refund. She didn't want me to do that and told me the guys would be there to perform the service without additional charge and we scheduled the

Our roof was devastated by back-to-back storms associated with the May tornado. We expected to have a hard time finding a trustworthy roofing company that would be able to assist in a timely manner. Tim and the Triton team delivered exceptional work, on time and without a price gouging invoice.
