Mike and his team were great to work with. Mike came out within a day of calling for a quote. We used Triumph to run a line and hookup our hot tub, also to replace our pool filter timer. I felt the pricing was very reasonable and his employees were polite and got the jobs done in a very timely manner. I will definitely use Triumph again and would recommend them to others.

My husband and I bought a house 2 years ago and had Triumph Electric come out to give us an estimate for replacing our Electric Panel. Mike came out to our home and we were quoted a price and told him we would contact them once we got our Taxes back. 2 months later, we called and left a message for Mike to schedule an appointment to have the work done. No response. Needless to say, other home issues came up in which we were unable to get the Electric Panel replaced that year. With last years tax return, we were determined to get the panel updated. Left another message with Mike to schedule an appointment for the work. Once again, no response. I called the main office and spoke with the Mike's wife, Mary, and I told her the issue and she apologized and said she would have Mike call

We had an extremely urgent electrical issue- smoke coming out from behind the baseboard due to a short. This team responded immediately! Triumph Electric came out to my house to run a new GFCI to my whirlpool tub on my main floor. After the install, the power to the bedroom upstairs went completely out. I called and spoke to the owner who had sent his guy back out to fix the problem. The service technician stated that he did not touch anything remotely related to the power loss. The power loss occurred after the GFCI so the coincidence was to great. I called them back again and this time they sent 3 technicians who could not solve the problem and stated I would have to cut holes in my drywall to check a junction box that was hidden behind it. In frustration I called American Home Shield, my home insurance and told them about the power loss. They sent out another electrician who after two hours found a crossed wire and solve
