Great work! The owner came out to do a bid for an outlet to power my home with a generator. After accepting the bid there was a waiting period for supplies to arrive. An employee by the name of Frank came out and explained the process along the way. I liked how Frank valued safety and taught a couple of my sons how to be smart and safe with power boxes and switches. Frank was not only knowledgeable but patient in explaining how it all worked. Thanks Frank, Jess and Triumph Electric for a great experience. Love that my house is set for a power outage.

***Response to Owner*** I called your office on 9-13, the tech came out on 9-15. I never indicated we had no power or that it was an emergency. I had 3 GFCI's that randomly tripped but I was never without power. Your service tickets do not include pricing. If the 2hr minimum and rates had been mentioned it would have stood out to me, especially given the fact that it was a non-emergency. Don't make the same mistake I did, make sure to verify all costs are disclosed up front. There was no mention of a 2 hour minimum cost for service calls and no dollar amounts listed on the paperwork until I got the bill. Owner got extremely defensive and based on the phone/text conversations he will be replying to this review I'm sure. Technician did a fine job though.

Owner had awesome communication. Re-arranged jobs so could come help my family out for an emergency. Very thorough in finding the root cause of issue. Found a wiring mistake that could have cost us out home and corrected it. Thank you so much!

Triumph responded to an emergency repair needed at my warehousing operation in Reno. They stayed and completed the entire job to great satisfaction. Highly recommended.
