We are very excited about our new pool! We immediately felt comfortable in preceding with our pool from Tropical Pools It all started when I first started researching which pool company to use for our pool. Helen and Karla were very professional and wonderful to deal with in getting our questions and concerns answered. Both of them were very responsive and made the whole process very easy. Raydel came out for a site inspection and was great about answering our questions and providing further information. The crew that came out to prepare for installation was also very professional and always kept the work area clean at the end of each day. When the day came for the pool to be delivered and set in the ground, we had a storm that set in and dropped over 4 inches of rain in 3 hours. Karla

Quality Workmanship, Fast Friendly Service Our experience with Tropic Pavers and Stone was exceptional from start to finish. Our tired, 30-year old river rock pool deck was in desperate need of a refresh - the old gal was beat. I'm so happy we found this company because they worked miracles, taking 30 years off the old girl and bringing her up to modern standards. Let's talk about timelines. We had 6 other bids for the work on our pool and deck. Without exception, all of them indicated that the wait for pavers would be 6-12 weeks. Karla recommended Belgard pavers which are stocked locally by her supplier and, I'll be honest, when she said she could get them delivered 'in a week', I didn't really believe her. We signed the contract for work on Wednesday and the following Tuesday morning
