He addressed issues we didn’t know we had and, in a short period of time, with less cost than previous years, our property now looks outstanding and well-manicured. Did snow work for TCLA, got bamboozled out of 5.5 hours of work or $412.50 maybe we’ll get paid one day, although still waiting. One would imagine that a top 100 ASCA snow Contractor wouldn’t get to where they are by screwing contractors over, but I guess not.

As a Properry Manager, I used Troy Clogg for our landscaping this past season (community with 222 units), and they did an amazing job. If we ever had any concerns, Bryon our contact, was very responsive and addressed any issues right away. He also was very proactive and would stop by personally to check on things, or would reach out to me to make sure everything was going great. He also provided tips along the way when I had questions.
