If you want to surprise-pay almost double what they originally say it'll cost, get your walls significantly damaged and then catch them in attempting to cover it up, get lied to by the owner/head mover (hi Larry!), your tip made fun of, promised reparations ("A handyman will come! We'll refund your measly tip!"), and then NOTHING happen, your calls rejected, your texts un-answered, and your emails bounced back, then this is the moving company for you. No job is too small and no job is too big to be scammed by Larry and his crew. Believe the bad reviews. This business is SHADY. Look them up on the BBB (Better Business Bureau), where I'm also filing a complaint. This company moved tenants into my rental and did severe damage to the LVP stairs in the house. I have picture of the day before the move and the day after and the damage they did. Those stairs are not cheap and they refused to call me back for weeks and when I finally got a hold of someone they were immediately hostile and unprofessional with me. They told me to email them the pictures and someone would get back to me. After multiple emails no one ever did. This company is a disgrace and I would avoid them like the plague. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Use a different company if you want to be treated with respect and have a good experience.

Horrible experience with this company, they were 8 hours late, continually promised their crews were 30-45 min away. Finally a crew showed up but with the wrong equipment, a 15% discount. Because of how late they were they had to come back the next day and then they were over 2 hours late. They then agreed to a specific price. After the work was done they called back demanding more money and denied the flat rate fee. They then failed to pay the crew stating that they shouldn’t have unloaded the truck. This company is a massive scam and highly unreliable. I would never recommend them to anyone.

After being quoted a specific amount for my move (including having their estimators come to my house for an hour to verify the quantity of belongings), the final price ended up being more than double than the original quote. My original quote was around $3000, and my final payout was over $8000. On top of that, their employees seriously damaged my stairs and broke multiple pieces of furniture. Those employees were fired supposedly, but not removed from the job site as one of them was living in the moving truck and had nowhere else to go. The entire time they were moving slowly and taking their time, as well as using as many boxes as possible while not packing them carefully, driving up my costs even more. So the move went decent but now I have one of the movers texting me telling me that Larry and Tyler aren’t paying him. They told me after the move their system was down for payments and I needed to pay through cash app, which flagged as fraud on my end on cash app. I ended up managing to pay them through PayPal but I guess they don’t pay their employees…
