I bought my first home and didn't want to do any big construction projects, but my bathtub was gross. I called Trucoat and CJ came and did my tub with no tear up or big mess! He was very professional and timely! My bathtub looks brand new!!! I couldn't be happier!!! Thank you CJ!!!

Should’ve read the reviews first. Seems as though using a family emergency is his excuse for being unreliable. I manage a senior living facility and was counting on this shower being refinished as I’m on a tight schedule. Already on the 2nd reschedule and he’s asking for another. Really put me in a bind. If I could give - stars I would. Super disappointed

I'm so disappointed in the service I received, or didn't receive from this business. I started this process November 13th. Charles knows how important it is for me to complete the job quickly, because I am putting my house on the market. Charge of $425. After rescheduling a few times, he came and did the job. He took $50 off for delays. The bottom of the tub was bubbly and he assured me that it would "settle" in a couple of hours and should look great after. He added, that if it didn't, to call him and let him know, and he would come back and address it and it would look great. I Called and informed him that it was still bubbly and he said it would take 15minutes to fix. He said he'd be there the next day. He sent me a picture from an Immediate Care parking lot, saying his daughter was hu

One star. The price was good, and he was scheduled that same week to come out. 3 reappointments later and 2 days I took off work for this, for nothing. Did explain in messages why he wasn't coming. All things not in his control. (Bad luck?) 1 time I understand. But 3? If you're not ready for appointments, be upfront and honest. Don't waste my time and especially my work time. Money don't grow on trees. Did promise a warranty on his work and said he's been doing this for 10+ years. He does it as a side job on his off days. Maybe he does good work, but I wouldn't know. It's frustrating when you need a job done, but you can't seem to get them in the door.....

This guys a joke. He may do a good job if and when he shows up but if you read the reviews he constantly lies and blows off appointments. If you look in his reviews all kinds of people have been ghosted by him. When he didn't make my appointment which I took a day off work for he texted and said it was his wife and he had been in an accident. I believed it at first than he completely ghosted me and if you take the time to read all these reviews you'll see he has done it to many people. You might be tempted to use him because he bids low but trust me he's not worth the headache.
