I would highly recommend working with True Building Performance. I had insulation and ventilation work done in the attic. Moriah was always pleasant when I spoke with her on the phone. Dennis did the initial assessment and answered all my questions thoroughly. The insulation crew with Harley, Will, and Joe were exceptional. They were professional, clean, and efficient. It was very cold outside and covered with snow and they did an amazing job.

I hired True Building Performance to replace my attic insulation, as well as repair the soffits around the roof of my house. Prior to starting the project, Richard Rodriguez, TBP’s energy use specialist, did an energy audit to determine exactly what was needed to make my home as energy efficient and comfortable as possible. A crew (led by Basheer) then came to do the job. They were outstanding—very professional and courteous. On completion of the project they thoroughly cleaned up, inside and out. I highly recommend that anyone needing insulation work done consider TBP to do the job.

I applied through the NYSERDA EmPower+ Program to have an energy assessment for insulation. Richard Rodriquez came to my home and performed an inspection, and then explained his findings and recommendations in a very clear and concise conversation with me.
