True Cool Air Conditioning Service Inc

I hired True Cool Air Conditioning Service in December 2025 to inspect and service three AC units at my home. Following the visit, they recommended enrolling in an annual maintenance plan, which I approved. A few weeks later, in January 2026, we discovered black mold present in all three units—an issue that was never disclosed during the inspection. I attempted multiple times to contact the company without success until Robert eventually responded. He stated that they are not a mold remediation company, are not qualified to identify mold or other contaminants, and that their inspection was strictly mechanical. I have been a True Cool client for over 15 years and theres a reason. They are professional, clean, on time and courteous. They explain everything in detail and give you options to save you money. Unheard of in business today.

Robert expertly resolved a problem for us with new thermostats on an older system. Looking forward to a continuing service contract with True Cool A/C, I know it will be in good hands.
